By downloading or using Sugar Money, you agree to these terms. The App is provided for personal financial tracking and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial or legal advice.
Subscription & Free Trial Terms
Sugar Money offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime).
- Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. At the end of the 7-day period, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the expiration date.
- Management & Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store / Google Play account settings.
- Pricing: Actual prices are displayed within the App and may vary by region due to local taxes and currency exchange rates.
- Refunds: All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be directed to the respective store support.
Local Data Responsibility
- No Backups by Us: We have no access to your data and cannot restore it if lost.
- User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to manage device backups (e.g., via iCloud or Google Drive) to prevent data loss.
Limitation of Liability
The developer shall not be liable for any financial inaccuracies, data loss, or damages arising from the use of the App. Use the App "as is" and at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
